Así es señores (as), se aproxima nuevamente este interesante evento veraniego, Providencia Jazz, que este año trae a grandes músicos que seguramente brindarán un show innolvidable para los amantes de la buena música. La, o mejor dicho las presentaciones, tendrán lugar en el Parque de las Esculturas, el que queda a orillas de Río Mapocho, y se desarrollará entre los días 17, 18 y 19 de Enero.
Los artistas que se presentarán serán Al Di Meola, John Scofield (ambos norteamericanos), Tube factory (de Finlandia), Escalandrum (Argentina) y Contracuarteto (Chile).

Las entradas "golden" están agotadas, lo digo porque hoy, Martes 09 de Enero fuí comprarlas; pero aún quedan varias opciones, las "silver", las "plateas generales", ya sean de acceso por Lyon ó Pedro de Valdivia; y para quienes no están tan interesados en ver a estos maestros de cerca ó no cuentan con el dinero suficiente, existe la "galería costanera", con un valor de $1.500 y ofrecen graderías al otro lado del Mapocho River, una lata, pero por luca quina tampoco creo que sea un robo, es más, es un regalo, considerando que son contadas con los dedos de la mano de un manco estas instancias.
No se lo pierdan, que esto promete mucho.

Hola, respondo a tu consulta sobre Di Meola.
Si, era yo quien estaba con la guitarra. Me la compré el año pasado y como he estado relacionado hace rato con conciertos y artistas decidí llenarla de firmas; ya tengo 8 de jazzeros....
Al Di Meola era super buena tela, lo que pasa es que tienes que hablarle cuando le pides un autógrafo ("I aprecciate your music, hope you understand that this is one`s in a lifetime moment"); en mi caso tampoco compré su "merch", solo le pedí dos autografos, el segundo un vinilo....Me preguntó si era mío, puso cara de "MIshhh...., la joyita que tenis".....Igual le dije que las últimas canciones tenían una estética bien progresiva....puso cara de contento....
Por lo general los músicos se apestan con tanto autógrafo y saludo después de haber tocado 2 horas, es comprensible, son humanos. Distinto es tratar, y me pasó, con patantes como Yngwie Malmsteen, ahí se te cae al suelo el artista....
